Basket size sets how much each batch holds. The CHEFMAN holds 6 quarts across two 3-quart baskets, the Sweetcrispy holds 6.34 quarts in one square basket, and the bella holds 5.94 quarts. A square basket gives more room than a round one, and two baskets let you cook two dishes at once. Match the basket to the meals you cook most.

A viewing window lets you check food without opening the basket, which keeps heat and timing steady. The CHEFMAN and the Sweetcrispy have viewing windows, while the bella has digital controls with 6 presets. The Sweetcrispy adds 12 presets for fries, chicken, fish and vegetables. Pick the window and preset count that match your cooking routine.
Cleanup and weight
Cleanup and weight decide where the fryer lives and how easy it is to move. The CHEFMAN baskets and the Sweetcrispy basket go in the dishwasher, while the bella ceramic coating releases food for easy cleanup. The bella weighs 8.4 lb, the Sweetcrispy weighs 9.9 lb, and the CHEFMAN weighs 12 lb. Match weight and cleanup to your kitchen routine.
