How to choose
Size sets the room it fits
Fan size is the first number for a big fan pick. The TCL spans 72 inches, the Geinself and SMAVISTA span 52 inches, and the Prominence Home and Depuley span 42 inches. Measure your room and ceiling height first, then match the span to the space so the blades clear walls and furniture.
Airflow and speeds compared
CFM states how much air a fan moves, and more speeds give finer control. The Geinself is rated at 5600 CFM with 6 speeds, the SMAVISTA at 5000 CFM with 6 speeds, and the Prominence Home at 2455 CFM with 3 speeds. The Depuley also offers 6 speeds. Compare CFM across picks, then check that the speed count suits how you run the fan day to day.
Controls and lighting choices
Control type decides how you run the fan daily. The TCL, Geinself, Depuley and SMAVISTA all include a remote. The Geinself and SMAVISTA add app control with Alexa and Google voice control. The Prominence Home uses two pull chains instead. For lighting, the TCL panel dims from 2700K to 6500K, and the SMAVISTA adds RGB colors and scene modes.
