How to choose
Match rated size to your pool
Pool size figures come in two forms here: area ratings and length ratings. BRINBO is rated for up to 1615 sq ft by the maker, AIPER up to 860 sq ft and poolease up to 850 sq ft, while Dolphin fits in-ground pools up to 50 ft and Polaris up to 60 ft. Compare the figure that matches your pool shape against your pool measurements before choosing.
Cordless runtime and self-parking
Cordless cleaners run on a battery charge: BRINBO runs up to 180 minutes in Eco mode, and AIPER runs up to 100 minutes. Poolease runs up to 95 minutes after a 2-hour charge. When the battery runs low, AIPER parks near the pool wall and poolease cruises to the pool edge and parks. Polaris uses a cable instead and includes a 70 ft swivel cable. BRINBO has app control. Dolphin has Wi-Fi scheduling.
Filters, modes and upkeep
BRINBO has dual filtration with washable, reusable filters, Dolphin has a top-load filter basket, and Polaris has a 5L debris canister with a dirty canister indicator. BRINBO offers 7 cleaning modes and Polaris offers 5 cleaning modes, while BRINBO presets must be finished on shore before use. Empty the basket or canister after a cycle and rinse washable filters so debris does not build up.
